At XRHealth our dedicated staff are trained to serve you and you will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. In return we ask that our clinicians and administration staff are treated with the same courtesy and respect. 

Our tolerance for abuse is zero. Abuse includes: 

• Swearing and/or written and/or verbal abuse 
• Threats of physical abuse
• Inappropriate religious, cultural and/or racial comments
• Inappropriate comments on gender identity and/or sexual orientation

If you abuse our staff your services will be immediately terminated without refund. Termination includes:

• Termination of therapy services
• Termination of any assessments or reports
