Before starting your VR therapy program, you need to complete an initial evaluation consultation, where your clinician will determine if telehealth and virtual reality are suitable. One month minimum commitment.

Please note: you may be able to claim some or all of your consultation costs back via your NDIS Capacity Building Support budget. Contact your NDIS plan manager for more information.

Occupational Therapy

NDIS Initial Evaluation/Assessment: $387.98 – includes consult, assessment interpretation, notetaking and treatment planning

NDIS Follow Up Consults: $242.49 – 1hr 15mins (55min session and 20min preparation/notetaking)

NDIS Report Writing/Case Consults/Admin: $193.99 per hour

Private/Medicare Consults: $242.49 – 60mins

Physiotherapy

A comprehensive program incorporating a combination of applications

NDIS Initial and First VR Consults: $193.99 – 60mins (45min consult and 15min notetaking)

NDIS Follow Up Consults: $145.49 – 45mins (35min consult and 10min notetaking)

NDIS Report Writing: $193.99 per hour

Private/Medicare Initial Consult: $145.49 – (45min)

Private/Medicare Follow Up Consults: $125.00 – (30min)

 

You may be able to claim your sessions through your private health insurance provider. Your out of pocket expense may vary depending on levels of private health insurance coverage. Please contact your health insurance provider for more details, and quote Item Code 811 (Initial Consultation) and Item Code 812 (Standard Consultation).

Psychology

NDIS Consults: $268 – 1hr 15mins (55min session and 20min preparation/notetaking)

NDIS Report Writing/Case Consults/Admin: $214.41 per hour

Private/Medicare Consults: $268 – (60min)

For MHCP consultations, you will be able to process your Medicare rebate for each session and a gap fee will apply.

For non-MHCP consultations, you may be able to claim your sessions through your private health insurance provider. Your out of pocket expense may vary depending on levels of private health insurance coverage. Please contact your health insurance provider for more details.
