Our trained professionals hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (at minimum), and current accreditation with AHPRA. You can be sure you’re in great hands!
Our Virtual Reality Telehealth Kit comes ready to use. No wires or computers. Each VR treatment also has easy to follow tutorials, and don’t forget, you have your matched healthcare professional to guide you.
We provide all of our patients with a compatible, easy-to-use headset on a loan basis. If you already have a compatible VR headset (Pico Neo), your XR clinician can load it with your prescribed applications remotely.
If we shipped you a headset, then yes. This is one way we keep costs as low as possible. Return shipping costs are on us.
Our clinicians will screen you for VR suitability during your initial evaluation. If you experience dizziness, nausea or any other adverse effects while using the headset, you must stop using the headset and notify your clinician immediately.
The XRHealth compatible headset is Pico Neo II.
The headset needs to be connected to a WiFi network with a valid internet connection and minimum download speed of 3MB/sec (upload 0.5MB/sec).
