Our Physiotherapists
Gabrielle Street


Gabrielle Street
Gabrielle obtained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Monash University. She has a keen interest in treating tendinopathies from her background in strength and conditioning and sports-specific functional training.
Gabrielle has qualifications in clinical pilates, olympic weightlifting and TRX suspension training. As part of the XRHealth team, Gabrielle is our Clinical Manager, working from home with her daughter Lily.
Darren Corea


Darren Corea
Darren holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy with a special interest in chronic pain, paediatric disability and sports/general musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada before moving to Australia.
Darren enjoys living an active lifestyle and regularly participates in casual MMA classes, yoga, weightlifting and calisthenics.
Tung Ngo


Tung Ngo
Tung has been a physiotherapist in private practice, inpatient rehabilitation and aged care.
Outside of work, he has a passion for computer games and technology, and is excited to combine his two loves by stepping into VR as a future branch of healthcare delivery. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Soba.
Natashie Furmie


Natasha Furmie
Natasha has completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Master’s of Physiotherapy. She has a strong passion for Paediatrics and is furthering her excellence in this area with a Master’s of Paediatric Physiotherapy.
Natasha’s experience includes helping both adults and children in the private and community sectors, with a philosophy that early intervention provides a greater opportunity to make a difference.
Vernika Kakkar


Vernika Kakkar
Vernika has worked as a physiotherapist across various streams including hospitals, nursing homes, private clinics, and community outpatient clinics. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, and getting outdoors. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Hannah Tuly


Hannah Tuly
Hannah holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy, and has a strong focus on sports, orthopaedics and general musculoskeletal conditions. She also has a special interest in women’s health.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys trying new recipes, long walks with her young family, and keeping fit with pilates and gym work.
Dina Abdelmalak


Dina Abdelmalak
Dina has experience as a physiotherapist in both Australia and Cairo, having graduated from Cairo University. She speaks both English and Arabic.
Dina’s area of expertise is pain management, neurological disorders, orthopaedics and aged care.
Sam Pierce


Jawad Niaz
Sam is a Perth-trained Physiotherapist. He aims to help each person he works with have an active and healthy lifestyle.
He grew up on a small island in the Pacific Ocean (Vanuatu) and he can still climb coconut trees!
Ryan Irani


Ryan Irani
Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. He has special interests in treating complex shoulder injuries, sporting injuries of the upper and lower limb, and overuse injuries. He takes pride in seeing his patients develop through their journey from initial injury to returning to the activities they enjoy.
In his spare time, Ryan loves hiking and exploring the outdoors with his Labradoodle, Tilly. You’ll also find him trying new recipes, reading, or going for a long run,
Joel Nucum


Joel Nucum
Joel is an experienced physiotherapist, having worked in private practice and sports environment settings throughout his career. He has a specialty in understanding musculoskeletal injuries including shoulders, lower back and knee related pains, as well as sporting injuries.
In his spare time, he loves spending time with his Cavoodle Rey, playing beach volleyball, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Ustina Tawdrous


Ustina Tawdrous
Ustina specialises in sports injuries, exercise prescription and movement biomechanics.
She speaks English and Arabic, and loves travelling, hiking, painting and spoiling her niece.
Marco Cheung


Marco Cheung
Marco graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and has worked within both private practice and hospital settings. He has a particular interest in post-operative rehabilitation and clinical Pilates.
Marco speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and loves to keep active, go hiking, and explore the many cafes that Melbourne has to offer.
Rebecca Tannous


Rebecca Tannous
Rebecca has had plenty of experience with injuries herself (from a serious head injury as a child to ruptured plantar fasciitis). She graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Major Human Movement) and a Masters of Applied Sciences (Physiotherapy).
When she’s not working, Rebecca enjoys mountaineering, scuba diving, and rock-climbing, and never says no to a game of touch football or netball!
Shuchi Gupta


Shuchi Gupta
Shuchi has experience in public and private physio settings, in both Australia and India. She believes in individualised exercise-based treatment strategies for managing conditions, and has a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries of the spine, shoulder and lower limb joints.
Outside of work, Shuchi enjoys reading and running.
Melissa Oakey


Melissa Oakey
Before Melissa started her career, she used to play tennis six days a week. She has worked as a physiotherapist in acute orthopaedics and more recently in aged care.
Melissa enjoys bringing a positive energy to motivate and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Jawad Niaz


Jawad Niaz
Jawad holds both a Bachelors and Masters of Physiotherapy, plus a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. He has extensive experience as a physiotherapist, including acute, sub-acute, rehab and community health settings.
He is highly passionate about online education, volunteering his time to the Australian Association of Physiotherapists Trained Abroad, and speaks English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi fluently.

Ross has over 22 years experience as a Psychologist, across a number of industries, in both the public and private sectors.
Areas he provides psychological intervention and support for include depression, anxiety, phobias, work-related stress, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, addictions, sleep disorders, workplace conflict, relationship difficulties, financial difficulties, grief/loss, pain management, vocational guidance, and parenting difficulties, to name a few.
He is a compassionate, caring and committed professional, recognised for his ability to provide high quality, evidence-based psychological services to individuals, families and organisations, that make a difference.

Ron Hoffman
Ron is our General Manager. He is passionate about innovation that disrupts traditional models across any industry, which has taken him from aviation and drones, to data analytics and now telehealth.
In his spare time, Ron enjoys being with his wife, children and dogs.
Esme Naidoo


Esme Naidoo
Esme is our Director of Operations. She has an extensive healthcare background, having founded her own medical practices and held senior corporate positions in healthcare.
She loves to travel with her family, as well as participating in anything physical oudoors including swimming, hiking, skiing and running.
Greg Scott


Greg Scott
Greg is our Director of Customer Success. He is an experienced SaaS professional with a proven leadership track record in Customer Success and software implementation.
Amy Keam


Amy Keam
Amy is our Clinical Operations Manager, and has previously worked in general practice.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling with her husband and friends, visiting family in Regional Victoria and spending time at home with her beloved cat, Thea.
Caitlin Williams


Caitlin Williams
Caitlin is our Marketing Manager. She comes from a background in software, healthcare and tourism.
When she's not working, she loves to spend time with her partner and their three dogs, as well as enjoying live music and finding new cafes and restaurants.
Ben Thorneycroft


Ben Thorneycroft
Ben is our Logistics Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in logistics and distribution, with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
With a background spanning multiple industries, he’s incredibly excited to be involved in helping XR Health establish itself in Australia.
Outside of work, most of his time is spent sharing a love of sports with his wife and 4 children.
A keen fan of a wide variety of sports, most weekends are split between spectating, coaching and/or playing football, basketball or soccer.

Carolina Felton
Carolina is our Senior Clinician Success Manager. Her role is to ensure that our XRHealth Clinicians have the right tools and support to be able to provide the best care and experience to our patients. She has over six years of experience working in the tech industry and she is passionate about using tech to improve people’s lives.
When she is not working Caro likes to spend her time gardening, doing yoga and playing with her dog Maya.

Martine has a passion for crossfit and travelling around America with her husband and their 2 boys.
Austin Phuong


Austin Phuong
Austin is our Support Engineer. He loves working in the I.T field as it is always evolving and changing. The work never feels repetitive as there are always new problems to solve. He wants to share his knowledge and provide assistance to other people to also enjoy the technology.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing online games with friends and visiting new restaurants that he has not been too.
