Lily Shen

Lily is an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience working across various sectors such as NDIS, aged care, workplace rehabilitation and insurance schemes. She worked with clients of all ages, with both physical, neurological and psychological diagnoses. Due to her background in psychology, she understands the impact of mental health on activities of daily living. Lily is highly empathetic and practices a growth mindset; she is experienced in comprehensive assessments and tailoring therapy with intention. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space, identifying each client’s strength and exploring strategies to reach their goals.
