Irene is a Provisional Psychologist completing her Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at the University of Melbourne.

Irene has experience working in the Department of Education and a major Victorian children’s hospital outpatient clinic. With a passion for working with children, young people, and their families, Irene focuses on helping them understand the factors that influence development and wellbeing. She incorporates a range of evidence-based interventions such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy.

Irene utilises telehealth services creatively to engage clients in therapy, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s needs and interests. Irene adapts her approach to address the specific concerns and needs presented by each client. Her therapeutic approach is person-centred, non-judgmental, collaborative, and compassionate.

Consults with Irene are $156.00 each and run for 60 minutes for NDIS participants and private patients. No Medicare or private health rebates available. No referral from a general practitioner is needed.

Irene will finish consulting with XRHealth at the end of October 2024.
