Hristina is a Provisional Psychologist completing her Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at the University of Melbourne.
Hristina has gained experience working in both primary and secondary schools across metropolitan and regional areas. She has worked with children, young people, and their families, supporting a diverse range of presentations and backgrounds.
Hristina adopts a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, assisting clients in understanding the factors that influence wellbeing and development. Hristina utilises a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to the goals and needs of the client, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy.
Hristina utilises telehealth services to creatively engage clients, assisting them in achieving positive outcomes in various areas of their lives, while ensuring each session is tailored to their unique context and interests.
Consults with Hristina are $156.00 each and run for 60 minutes for NDIS participants and private patients. No Medicare or private health rebates available. No referral from a general practitioner is needed.
Hristina will finish consulting with XRHealth at the end of May 2025.
