Asha is a passionate Provisional Psychologist completing her Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at the University of Melbourne.

Asha has experience working in schools and clinical settings. She has experience working with children and young people and uses a collaborative and empathetic approach to therapy. Asha employs evidence-based practices to support individuals in meeting their unique goals and needs.

Having worked with children and young people with diverse presentations and backgrounds, Asha has a strong understanding of the factors that influence wellbeing and development across the lifespan. Asha uses developmentally appropriate approaches tailored to the needs of the client including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Play Therapy.

Asha uses telehealth services to assist clients in achieving positive outcomes in various areas of their life including at home, school, work, and in their relationships. She delivers sessions in a creative, engaging, and enjoyable fashion that is responsive to the client’s unique context and interests.

Consults with Asha are $156.00 each and run for 60 minutes for NDIS participants and private patients. No Medicare or private health rebates available. No referral from a general practitioner is needed.

Asha will finish consulting with XRHealth at the end of May 2025.
