Julie is an empathetic and perceptive practitioner who creates a welcoming and safe space to build trusting and collaborative relationships with her clients. Julie has a long history as a professional dancer, yoga and pilates instructor and NDIS mental health disability support worker. Julie has experience working with a range of clients across the lifespan and with various presentations including depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, psychosocial disabilities, personality disorders, behavioural and mood disorders as well as trauma backgrounds.

Julie is passionate about taking a mind-body approach to therapy to help clients process trauma, manage stress and sensory processing difficulties, promote relaxation, and feel more confident to function in daily life. Julie is also a co-researcher and facilitator for a study measuring the impacts of dance on mental health issues, to be published with Monash University QLD.
