XRHealth provides telehealth physiotherapy, psychology and occupational therapy consults with fun, game-like therapy. We specialise in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) support. 

Our AHPRA registered clinicians work with you remotely, using a Virtual Reality (VR) headset that we provide, that offer easy to manage therapy treatment plans. XRHealth’s Data Portal monitors and tracks progress and the data can be exported to be included in NDIS and medical reports. Flexible and after hours appointment times are available.

The VR headset and our XRHealth applications are available for unlimited use between appointments as well as remotely controlled during 1:1 consults with your allocated clinician/s.  Headsets are locked to access XRHealth applications only.

XRHealth delivers services Australia-wide, including remote areas of Australia. All that is required is a stable internet connection. This also means that there are no travel costs!

The XRHealth process is as follows:

1 – Sign-up. Select your XRHealth clinician, complete a Service Agreement or Enrolment Questionnaire

2 – Telehealth initial evaluation appointment to discuss symptoms, goals and determine VR suitability (no headset needed)

3 – Receive your VR telehealth kit (if applicable)

4 – Receive ongoing support with regular telehealth consults with your therapist.

NDIS Self Managed and Plan Managed Capacity Building funding and private/Medicare payment methods accepted.

XRHealth headsets are a Pico Neo II model and have a catalogue of exclusive  applications.

Our clinicians will screen you for VR suitability during your initial evaluation. Once this has been completed, we provide patients with a compatible, easy-to-use headset on a loan basis. The headset is returned after your time with XRHealth and the shipping costs are on us.

Each VR application also has easy to follow tutorials, as well as ongoing assistance from your XRHealth clinician during your 1:1 consults.

You can use your headset wherever is safe and comfortable, as long as you have a stable and high-speed internet connection. Your headset is wireless and consults can be conducted via computer or tablet.
